Each year we set aside a small budget for one lot that stops the cupping table mid-sentence. This year it is eight bags of washed Gesha from Cielo Roto, a wind-scoured farm on the flank of Volcán Barú. Roasted lighter than anything else we sell, in batches small enough to watch. When it's gone, it's gone until next season.
